Chy's Red Steer is located just south of the Bridge in Minocqua, Wisconsin, before Sedlak's to the east. 

Chy has been with the Red Steer for 8 years; first as a bartender and now she runs the restaurant and devotes most of her time to updating and bettering her restaurant and to pleasing and conversing with her customers.  She has 4 children and 7 grand-children, ranging in age from 18 to 5.
